REGULAR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order date*, as long as the item is in original condition (unwashed/unworn), with the tags still attached, and in original packaging. 
Shipping charges are not refunded.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days from arrival to Mikrdoo.
*All Sale items are final sale.
*International returns: the customer is responsible for return fees.

 

DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

You must notify us of damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email support@mikrdoo.com with your order number and photos of the defect; we are happy to help!

 

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT

You must notify us of an incorrect order within 7 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email support@mikrdoo.com with your order number and photos of what was received; we are happy to help!

*Exchanges for equivalent items are available if the item is new, unworn/undamaged, and with tags attached. Otherwise, it will be refunded at the promotion value.
*Promotions are valid for a specified day only. No price adjustments are allowed.

 

WHEN WILL MY RETURN/EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?

Returns/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Mikrdoo must receive returns/exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving a return label.
Exchanges are subject to availability upon receipt of the returned item.
